For repeated or unrecognized charges on a Microsoft 365 or Office subscription, the billing details must be checked directly in the Microsoft account and then handled by Microsoft Support, because forums and this service cannot access or change billing.

    1. Check what the charge is for
      • Sign in to the Microsoft account used for the subscription.
      • Go to the Manage your payments page of the Microsoft account dashboard and locate the charge that matches order number 32026059061367352.
      • Select Investigate next to the charge to see if it is:
        • A recurring subscription renewal,
        • A purchase made by a family member,
        • A previously declined charge that was retried,
        • A pre-order or shipped order,
        • Or an in-app purchase.
    2. If the charge is unauthorized, accidental, or duplicated
      • For accidental or unauthorized purchases, follow the guidance in Returning items you bought from Microsoft for exchange or refund (linked from the cancellation article) to request a refund.
      • If there is a duplicate charge for the same order, have the Microsoft account email and the order number ready and contact Microsoft Store Support using the instructions in the Microsoft Store help article.
    3. Contact Microsoft billing/support directly
      • For Microsoft 365 and Office subscription billing issues (such as frequent or unexpected renewal charges), use the official support channels rather than community forums:
        • Go to the Microsoft Support site and select Get help.
        • Sign in with the same Microsoft account.
        • Choose the product category for Microsoft 365 & Office and then Manage my subscription or Billing and Payment updates.
        • Select Contact support, then choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser or provide a phone number so a support agent can call back.
      • If using Windows with a personal Microsoft account, the Get Help app can also be used:
        • Open Get Help, describe the billing issue, and if needed select Contact Support.
        • Choose the affected product/service and then select chat or phone as the contact method.
    4. If this is for a business/organization subscription
      • An admin should sign in to admin.microsoft.com.
      • Use the Help & support button in the lower-right corner.
      • Search for a billing issue (for example, “duplicate charges” or “update billing information”), then select Contact support.
      • Fill in details (including the order number and that charges are occurring frequently) and submit the ticket so the Billing team can review and adjust if appropriate.

Because the charge is recurring/frequent, ensure that only the intended subscription is active and that there are not multiple overlapping Microsoft 365 subscriptions on different accounts or cards.
