Setting up future meetings with participants using Teams calendar or Outlook integration
Any chance you got a response, especially if they had a fix?

I have an MS Bookings personal booking page. I have 2 meeting options: 1 in person and 1 online. I noticed that suddenly my in-person option was automatically generating Teams links for the invitations.
I went into the booking settings and toggled "Teams Meeting" off. To double check, I looked at the settings at it had been toggled back on. Now, I can't seem to change the settings or even start a new booking link that allows me to toggle "Teams Meeting" back off. No matter what, "Teams Meeting" is toggled on.
This is very confusing for my clients. Is this a glitch?
FYI I've checked my outlook settings and don't have my calendar set to generate Teams meetings for every invitation.

Dear @Megan Quigley,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
I apologize for any inconvenience you may encounter when using our services/ products. Based on your description:
This matches a known service-side issue affecting personal “Bookings with me” meeting types where the setting to disable “Add Teams meeting” does not persist and reverts after saving.
According to my test environment, I am having the same issue as you.
Given this situation, I would respectfully suggest raising a feedback ticket so it can be reviewed by the appropriate team. Microsoft places a strong emphasis on customer experience, and all feedback shared by users is taken seriously. Every comment matters, and product teams actively review customer input to help guide future decisions and improvements.
That said, as a Microsoft Q&A forum moderator, I am not involved in product design decisions and do not have visibility into or influence over the product development roadmap. While I understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, please know that your feedback is both acknowledged and valued.
To ensure your suggestion reaches the appropriate product team, I highly recommend submitting your idea through Microsoft Ideas · Community, which is the official feedback channel reviewed by Microsoft’s engineering and product teams. If multiple customers raise the same idea, it may increase the likelihood of consideration for future updates.
How to submit your feedback:
Once submitted, your feedback will be reviewed by the relevant engineering teams and may be considered for inclusion in future product enhancements.
Please rest assured that you are not alone in requesting this type of functionality. I will continue to monitor related discussions, and if any updates or announcements are made regarding this feature, I’ll be happy to share them with the community.
Thank you for your understanding, patience, and for taking the time to help improve Microsoft products. If you have any further questions or need clarification, feel free to reach out.
This behavior is not documented as expected functionality in Microsoft Bookings and is most likely a service issue rather than a configuration choice in the tenant.
Bookings supports both in‑person and online (Teams) appointments, and each meeting type should allow enabling or disabling the Teams meeting option independently. When the toggle state does not persist after saving, this indicates a problem in the Bookings service rather than with Outlook’s default online‑meeting settings.
Because there is no published setting in the provided documentation that would force the Teams Meeting toggle to stay on for specific meeting types, the recommended action is to open a support ticket with Microsoft 365 support so the Bookings service configuration for the mailbox can be checked and corrected.
