I understand that you're looking to consolidate three OneDrive for Business accounts into a single folder. From my research, OneDrive sync engine creates a separate root folder for every unique Microsoft 365 "Tenant" or organization you are connected to. This means that if you have worked with three different companies (or three different sub-entities of the same company), OneDrive will insist on keeping them in separate directories to prevent data leaks or permission conflicts between those organizations.
While it is not possible to technically merge three different OneDrive for Business accounts into a single folder, you can consolidate your workflow by using the “Add shortcut to My files” feature.
- Identify which of the three business accounts is your "Primary" or most-used account.
- Log in to the web version of the other two accounts.
- Share the important folders from those secondary accounts with your Primary business email address.
- In your Primary account (on the web), go to Shared > Shared with me, and click Add shortcut to My files.
- All folders will now appear inside your single primary OneDrive Business folder on your computer.
