3. Search the mailbox using keywords like LinkedIn, Premium, Microsoft 365, or offer.

If the email is still not found after checking from a desktop client and searching all folders, contact official Microsoft support for the student offer so the account and eligibility can be checked and the benefit re‑sent if applicable.
