    Hi Kaveh Mansoorian,

In Classic Outlook for Windows, creating a signature by itself isn’t enough for it to appear automatically—you also need to assign it as the default for new messages.

To have the signature added automatically to new emails in Classic Outlook for Windows:

    1. Go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures
    2. Under Choose default signature:
      • Select the correct E‑mail account
      • In New messages, choose the signature you created (not “(none)”)
      • (Optional) Select the same signature for Replies/forwards
    3. Select OK, then create a new email to test

If you have multiple accounts configured, the default signature must be set separately for each account you send from.

This aligns with the AI response above and Microsoft’s documented behavior for Classic Outlook, including the note that default signature changes only apply to messages created after the setting is saved.

Please let me know if this proves useful to you, or if you would like further assistance.

I'm looking forward to your reply.

In classic Outlook for Windows, creating a signature is not enough for it to appear automatically; it must also be set as the default for new messages.

To have the signature added automatically to new emails in classic Outlook for Windows:

    1. Select File > Options > Mail > Signatures.
    2. In the E-mail Signature tab, under Choose default signature:
      • In the New messages drop-down, select the signature that was created.
      • If desired, also select it in the Replies/forwards drop-down.
    3. Select OK to save.

Note that Outlook does not add the new default signature to any message that was already open before these settings were changed. For that one message, add it manually:

    1. With the message open, on the Message menu select Signature.
    2. Choose the signature to insert.

All future new messages will then include the signature automatically.
