P{roduct Key is not showing up on my account.

I bought a 2021 office product key from a third party. The key was valid and i was able to redeem the key and download excel and word. Excel keeps saying that i don't have a product key. I tried activating via phone and website and it fails. The product key does not show up on my Microsoft account. How do I fix this?

    Is this the first time you are trying to activate Office?

    What is the edition of the Office product key you purchased from the third-party retailer? For example, Office Home & Student 2021, Office Home & Business 2021, Office Professional Plus 2021, etc.

    When you sign in to your Microsoft account on the Services & Subscriptions page, do you see your Office license listed there?
