I mistakenly redeemed Office 2024 into the wrong account please help to switch

I mistakenly redeemed Office 2024 into the wrong account. I chatted with MS support this morning and was advised to ask the seller "Best Buy" to cancel and re-issue the license. So, went to Best Buy and negative - they are unable to cancel when the Redeem Code has been used. Please advise where I go from here, The MS account to which the license was redeemed is:

    Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum

    I can see that you have mistakenly redeemed Office 2024 into the wrong account. Unfortunately, product key once redeem can't be switch to another account.

    Since support is also unable to help you and Best Buy seller unable to cancel the redeem code.

    The only viable solution now is to use the account which you redeem Office 2024 as your account for Office only while your main account is use for everything else.
