I signed up for Microsoft 365 Premium more than two weeks ago and haven't got any email telling me how to get LinkedIn Premium for a year free. Plz help I already tried the support, which didn't do anything and searched on a browser through my email and found nothing.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Microsoft and LinkedIn have clarified in a support document that the LinkedIn Premium with Microsoft 365 Premium student trial offer was previously available only to eligible LinkedIn members in certain regions. Under this offer, Microsoft provided a limited number of redemption codes that could be claimed directly through Microsoft. This campaign ended two weeks ago, and no additional codes are being issued.

    Hello Parker Dewett

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum

I can see that you have sign up for the LinkedIn 12-month free student offer, but you still haven't received activation mail.

Have you check the spam section of your email? LinkedIn activation mail could be lost in there.

If you have looked everywhere including the spam section, then the only option is to get in contact with a support agent for further assistance on this issue:

    1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Live chat, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
    3. User's image
    4. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
    5. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm
    6. User's image
    7. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.

I hope you can get the support you need, have a nice day.
