Microsoft Standard 2024 is volume license meant for organization users only. Microsoft would never sell that to individual end users. Volume license requires organization admin user to manage installation limit and renewal,etc. Without the organization admin, your license can run into issue and you will not have support at all since you are not using it according to licensing terms.
GroupOn is known for having sellers reselling this type of license, which is a violation of licensing terms. To save yourself from future trouble, I would ask for money back from Groupon and buy it from Microsoft website instead.
