After updating to Edge version 142 or newer, I noticed that the favorites toolbar menu cuts off the full link names, and there’s no way to adjust it back to normal.
Before 142+ favorites bar looked something like this:

This behavior is a UI change introduced in recent Microsoft Edge versions and isn’t controlled by cache, reinstall, or a visible setting. The current documentation and release notes for Edge 142 and later don’t expose any option or flag to revert the favorites bar menu width or text truncation back to the previous style.
The only available controls for the favorites bar itself are whether it’s shown (Always, Only on new tabs, Never) and how favorites are organized or opened; these don’t affect the new truncation behavior.
