Cannot find my class notebook

  1. After opening a class Notebook in OneNote Class Notebook, i cannot find it when i find it again or when you add a student

  1. Class Notebook has been distributed for use in class, but only students who use Samsung tablets are unable to access it. If you go to the web version Onedrive or OneNote, you will be directed to the Play Store download page, but you will see the No Search screen.

    To assist you better, could you please help me clarify a few details:

    When you navigate to Teams > Select your Class > Class Notebook, do your notebooks appear correctly there?

    Regarding the access issue on Samsung tablets: if those specific students try to access the Class Notebook using a different device (like a laptop or a different phone), do they encounter the same problem?

    What happens if those students who use Samsung try to open the Class Notebook tab directly from within the Microsoft Teams mobile app on their tablets instead of using a web browser?

    I am looking forward to your response so we can move forward with this!
