Based on your description, it appears that when you are in a call on Microsoft Teams and then start your car, the audio sometimes does not transfer to the car’s Bluetooth system.

- Are you using Microsoft Teams on a mobile device or a computer?
- What device and operating system are you using (for example, iOS, Android, or Windows)?
- Does the issue occur every time, or only occasionally?
In the meantime, you may try manually switching the audio device during the call by selecting More (…) > Device settings, and then choosing your car’s Bluetooth device as the speaker.
