How do I remove an unwanted invite/account

I don’t use Teams often. I had a spam email today which I deleted and reported. When I logged into my account afterwards there was a second “account” in a foreign language. If I click it asks if I want to redeem the invite which I don’t but I can find no way to delete it from my account. I’ve removed the app from my iPad and reinstalled and it’s still there. I don’t see it if I log into online. Can anyone please help me remove this. Thanks

    Hi Scott Mitchell

Thank you for your question in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Gathered all the information provided by you, here are some steps that you can try to help resolve this:

    • First, please kindly go to your Settings on iPad > Data and storage > Clear app data. After that, go back to Teams, scroll down to refresh the app and log out and log back in to see if there are any changes.
    • Sometimes an extra saved account looks like a “second account.” Please help me check your account list from the profile menu and make sure only your intended personal account remains.

Feel free to give me an update. Thank you so much and I hope you have a great day.
