    Hi Steve Merritt

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum

I can see in your screenshot, the tenant/organization name in Microsoft Entra ID is something like “Europe…” (or starts with “Europe”), so the status just reads “Not granted for Europe…”. This is exactly what Salesforce’s official Files Connect setup expects you to fix next. So, the missing step is granting admin consent.

Given this, you can follow the instructions:

    • Log in to the Azure portal with an account that has Global Administrator rights in your Microsoft 365 tenant.
    • Go to Microsoft Entra ID - App registrations - find the app you created for the Salesforce SharePoint integration.
    • Click API permissions (the exact screen in your screenshot).
    • At the very top of the page you will see a big blue button: Grant admin consent for [Your Organization]
    • Click it - Accept / Yes on the confirmation popup.
    • Refresh the page.

    After consent is granted

    • Go back to Salesforce Setup - Files Connect
    • Finish entering the Client ID, Client Secret, Tenant ID, and Authorized Domain that Salesforce’s guide asked for.
    • Test the connection

Hope my answer will help you.
