    Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    Note: Microsoft stopped using Credly for certifications a couple of years ago, so this is not possible to download certificate from credly any longer.

    As a workaround, You can print your certification by following the steps below:

    Login/Sign in to your Microsoft Learn account: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/

    Click on Profile from top right section

    Visit > Credentials > Certifications > Click on View Certification Details > Click on Print:

    You will also receive an email with your exam certification marks and details; you can save it.

    In-order to receive DevOps Engineer Expert certificate, you need Azure Developer Associate or Azure Administrator Exam Active. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/devops-engineer/

    When will you receive the certificate?

    Exam result: Immediately after completing the exam.

    Certification status update: Usually within 24–48 hours in your profile.

    Digital certificate availability: Typically within 1–3 business days in your certification dashboard.

    Microsoft does not automatically send a printed (hard copy) certificate. Only a digital certificate (PDF) and badge are provided.

    How to Download Your AZ Certificate

    Go to: https://learn.microsoft.com/certifications

    Click Sign in (use the same account you used for the exam).

    Go to Certification Dashboard Direct link: https://learn.microsoft.com/certifications/dashboard

    Under Achievements, select your certification.

    Click Download certificate (PDF).

    If You Don’t See Your Certificate

    Wait up to 48 hours.

    Ensure you're logged in with the correct Microsoft account.

    Check if your exam was delivered by Pearson VUE and confirm the email matches your certification profile.
