After 5 days with nothing, this needs Microsoft Support to look into your service order directly.
Just to be sure first—double-check your spam/junk folder and go to account.microsoft.com/devices > your Surface Laptop > Check Status to see if there's a "Print shipping label" button.
If still nothing, contact Microsoft Support directly at https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact. They can manually resend the label or clarify the shipping method for your order.
Alternatively, Australia has Surface Authorized Service Providers where you can bring the device in person for warranty service: Find Surface Authorized Service Providers in Australia
