Over the past 24 hours I have had to spend approx. 10 hours on the phone with Microsoft's useless AI customer service bot that cannot even understand the letters of my name that it makes me spell out over and over and over for literal hours because it does not properly understand Human spoken word. I have lost 2 days' worth of work productivity due to Microsoft AI "customer service". It is completely unacceptable. Since it is a literal monopoly worldwide, this is by design. Customer service has been outsourced by the company onto the consumer in the form of spending hours and hours of your day training the company's worthless imbecilic "AI". Microsoft is stealing our time, stealing our money (by overbilling licenses then requiring you to spend 20 working hours talking to a deaf-mute AI bot in order to try to rectify Microsoft's errors), and stealing our data. Time we should spend running our small businesses is instead force-spent training Microsoft's pathetic AI "customer service" bot. Disgusting, pathetic, and un-American. Unlawful and deceptive trade practices across the spectrum of my involvement with Microsoft customer service both by telephone and via the Admin Center.

Hello ferw IFV,
The best way to bypass automated responses is to use the Microsoft Support portal directly from your Admin Center or from the official support site. When you open a support ticket there, you can request a callback or chat with a live agent. If you are on a business subscription, you also have access to professional support without additional fees, and you can specify that you need direct human assistance. This ensures your case is routed to a support engineer rather than an automated system.
I also recommend including your tenant ID, subscription details, and a clear description of the billing or licensing issue when you submit the request. That helps the support team quickly validate your account and move straight to resolution. While AI tools are designed to assist with simple tasks, complex billing or licensing concerns should always be handled by a human agent.
In short, please use the Admin Center or Microsoft Support portal to open a case and request direct human support. That will save you time and help you get back to focusing on your business. I hope this guidance helps you move forward more smoothly. If you find this answer helpful, please consider clicking Accept Answer so others can benefit too.
