Hello, I recently sign up Friday for Business 365 and I come in today Monday and I can't login to my computer. It is saying BitLocker recovery, It also appears that I don't have a code for this computer. How do I get in. Thanks.

Hi Yolonda Shelton,
When you connected your computer to your new Microsoft 365 Business account, your device securely registered with Microsoft Entra ID. As a standard corporate security measure during this process, Windows automatically encrypted your hard drive using BitLocker and safely backed up your recovery key directly to your new business profile. This automatic security policy is why you are facing the blue BitLocker recovery screen today despite never manually setting up an encryption code yourself.
To unlock your computer, you will need to use a smartphone or another working computer to access the Microsoft cloud portal. Navigate your web browser directly to aka.ms/myrecoverykey or the myaccount.microsoft.com portal. It is crucial that you log in using the new Business 365 email address and password you created on Friday, rather than any personal Microsoft account. Once you are successfully signed in, navigate to the Devices section to view the hardware currently linked to your business profile.
Find your locked computer within that device list and open its details to locate the BitLocker recovery section. You will see a 48-digit numerical password, which serves as your unique unlock code for this specific drive volume. Carefully type this exact number into the recovery screen on your locked computer, and it will decrypt the drive allowing you to boot back into Windows normally.
Hope this answer brought you some useful information. If it did, please hit "accept answer". Should you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment.
