ZoomIt v9.0 or v10.0 Livezoom has graphical glitches with taskbar and makes it unuseable

I downloaded the most recent version of ZoomIt a few minutes ago. I don't know if it is version 9.0 or 10.0 because on the download page it says it is 10.0 but when I open the program it says it is 9.0. I downloaded from here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/zoomit.
Anyway, when I use live zoom and try to use the taskbar, I get a duplicate taskbar, one zoomed and one not zoomed. I also get some flickering black on top of the zoom. This makes the start menu, taskbar and tray all difficult to use. See images. I am using windows 11, full version number Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.26100.4061] I would appreciate a fix for this in an upcoming version or let me know if there is something I need to configure for this to work correctly. Thanks.

2026-03-01T23:08:49.8933333+00:00 I was actually on v9.0 when I posted a few minutes ago, but I am on version 10.0 now and still have the same problem. I got the program to display 10.0 within it. I figured out I have to stop a background process when I updated from 9.0 to 10.0.

Viorel 126.7K Reputation points2026-03-02T02:14:49.61+00:00 I think that normally the Taskbar does not appear at all in Zoomit. Maybe the problem is caused not only by Zoomit, but by certain alterations to the normal Taskbar.
By the way, it seems that there is a newer Windows update.

2026-03-02T03:02:47.39+00:00 The taskbar appears with live zoom in my case, not sure why yours doesn't. I know magnify.exe doesn't show the taskbar, but I use zoomit because it does. I want the taskbar shown while zoomed.
I don't know what taskbar alterations you mean. I'm not running outside programs that would change taskbar or start menu behavior. I have autohide on and moved the start button to the bottom left. I'm getting the same problem even when I try with the default settings on the taskbar. Shouldn't ZoomIt be designed to work regardless of these settings?
I just updated to Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.26200.7922] but it I still have the same issue. This should be the most recent version.
I noticed another issue. When I move ZoomIt to another monitor with different scaling, the UI doesn't display properly. See in the image how the text runs off the screen and there is no okay and cancel button?

2026-03-02T05:04:38.0433333+00:00 The detail regarding multiple monitors seems important; there may be others to reproduce the problem. If possible, evaluate ZoomIt in an experiment without additional monitors.

2026-03-02T07:49:16.8866667+00:00 I disabled all but my primary monitor and tried ZoomIt on the taskbar again, but got the same issues as I did with all monitors enabled.
