I can confirm that my computer does not have this ODBC Driver 17.

In the folder in the screenshot, you find many log files. The ones that are of most interest are summary.txt and detail.txt. Feel free to attach them here.

Note: I don't read Chinese, so I don't know what the error message in the screenshot is saying.

As mentioned, the SQL Server setup logs should provide more details about the failure. Could you please review the summary.txt and detail.txt files from the Setup Bootstrap Log folder and share the relevant sections here so the community can help investigate further?
