office 365 installation issues

This is Tin, I'll do my best to help. May I know what is the exact error message that you're getting? Have you tried to restart your device? Did you also try to reinstall the MS Office already?

Try these steps in order to resolve Office 365 apps not loading after installation:

1. Restart the Mac

• Fully restart macOS, then try opening Word or Excel again to confirm if the installation completed correctly.

2. Confirm installation completed

• If apps still do not open or appear, reinstall Office using the official install process for Microsoft 365 on Mac as described in Download, install, or reinstall Microsoft 365 or Office 2024 on a PC or Mac.

3. Check for unsupported operating system

• If there is an error about an unsupported operating system, verify that macOS is a supported version for Microsoft 365. If macOS is not supported, Office apps will not run. In that case, use the free Microsoft 365 apps in a browser instead.

4. If installation is stuck or very slow

• If the installation took very long or seemed stuck, reinstall using a reliable (preferably wired) internet connection or use the offline installer as described in Office is taking long to install.

5. If apps still will not start

• Completely uninstall Office, restart the Mac, then reinstall from the Microsoft 365 account page following the same article in step 2.
