    Hi Imaxyxia

Thanks for posting in the Microsoft Q&A Forum!

I’m really sorry you’re going through this, being locked out of your account with no working recovery options is incredibly stressful, especially when support doesn’t give clear answers.

Unfortunately, passkeys themselves cannot be recovered once they’re deleted. If you cleared your browser data and the passkey wasn’t synced to another signed‑in device, it’s permanently gone. Google does not keep a restorable backup of deleted passkeys for security reasons.

    What this means in practice:

    • Passkeys are device‑bound
    • Clearing browser data can permanently remove them
    • If no other device is still signed in with that passkey, it cannot be restored

Since you also don’t have access to the recovery email, the only remaining option is Google’s automated account recovery:

    • Go through the official Google Account Recovery flow
    • Keep selecting “Try another way”
    • Attempt recovery from:
      • A device you previously used with the account
        • The same location or network if possible
        • Answer all questions as accurately as you can (old passwords, account creation timeframe, usage details)

    Important to be aware of:

    • There is no manual or human escalation for Google account recovery
    • Repeated attempts don’t help unless the recovery signals change
    • If Google can’t verify ownership, the account is considered permanently unrecoverable

I know that’s a tough reality, but it’s better to be clear than give false hope. If you end up creating a new account, make sure to add multiple recovery options and keep at least one non‑passkey fallback so this doesn’t happen again.

I think that once u lost the passkey n the recovery mail, Google just can’t re‑prove it’s u… their checks won’t pass. try the recovery page on a diff device or mobile net, but if it still fails… makin a new acct’s the only clean path.
