The error “Message_NGCkeychainNotAvailableError” usually points to a local credential or keychain issue on the device, not a problem with your Outlook mailbox itself.
A few quick things to try:
• Remove the account from Outlook, restart your device, then add it back.
• If you’re on Windows, open Credential Manager and remove any saved Outlook/Microsoft credentials, then sign in again.
• If using Windows Hello, try removing and re-adding your PIN under Sign-in options.
• Test your account at https://outlook.live.com if it works there, the issue is device-specific.
