Please try the methods below to check whether your conversations are displayed correctly:
Method 1: Sign out of your account and then sign back in.
Method 2: Clear the Microsoft Teams cache.
- Step 1: Completely close the Teams application.
- Step 2: Press Windows + R, then enter the following path: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams
- Step 3: Delete all files and folders in this directory.
- Step 4: Restart the Teams application.
Method 3: Uninstall and then reinstall the Microsoft Teams application.
Additionally, if you are using the Teams desktop app, please also check whether the issue still occurs when you access Teams through a web browser.
