Hi Mirko,
Thank you for reaching out.
If the Windows 11 Pro Certificate of Authenticity (COA) label is damaged and the product key cannot be fully read, Microsoft does not recommend attempting to reconstruct or guess the missing characters.
Please check the following official sources for your product key:
- Digital purchases: The product key is usually included in the confirmation email or available in your Microsoft account purchase history.
Physical licenses: The product key is printed on the COA label attached to the device or on the original Windows packaging.
If you have a complete 25‑character product key, you can activate Windows by going to: Start > Settings > System > Activation > Change product key, and then entering the key.
If no product key is available, you can purchase a digital license directly from the Microsoft Store via the Activation page.
Since you are submitting proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, photos of the damaged COA), this needs to be handled privately by Microsoft Support, not through the community forum. You can contact Microsoft using the following official pages:
Help with Microsoft Store purchases (account & billing): https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/help-with-microsoft-store-purchases-4f615f2a-6bbd-fd69-6695-ae213d63eef0 [Help with...ft Support | Support.Microsoft.com]

If Windows activation fails after a significant hardware change (such as a motherboard replacement), please run the Activation Troubleshooter from the Activation settings page and complete the reactivation process as guided by Microsoft.
Community forums cannot verify ownership or accept proof documents; only Microsoft Support or the Microsoft Store support team can review your proof and advise on replacement or activation options.
Kind regards,
Nam
