    Dear @Irene Mary Joby

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

As a moderator, I don't have the tools to investigate your specific account directly because this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas. However, I will try my best to guide you as clearly as possible.

I noticed your tag mentions 'mobile and iOS,' so I wanted to double-check: are you using the OneNote app on an iPhone? I want to confirm this to ensure I provide the most accurate guidance for your specific device.

If in this case, based on my research and testing, the OneNote app on iPhone allows you to change the colors of notebooks and sections, but it currently does not support changing the page color or paper style directly within the app.

You can refer to this Microsoft Support article for more details: Change the color of notebooks, sections, or pages in OneNote for iPad or iPhone - Microsoft Support

However, I found a workaround: you can change the page color by accessing OneNote on the web. By on the View tab, select Page Color.

And even though the notebook and section options don't include specific 'pastel' labels, there are several shades available that provide a similar aesthetic.

For example, I changed the notebook, section, and page colors to magenta, and it looks like the image below.

I think this is a great and nice idea. I believe we should submit feedback through the Microsoft Ideas Community at Ideas · Community so that the Microsoft product team can review user preferences. The Product Team is in charge of the feedback site, and they constantly check customer comments and feedback. In fact, many features have been developed or improved based on user suggestions.

When you submit the feedback, please remember to share the link here so I can upvote it; I really love this idea too. Or if you use different device, please help me reply so I will try testing on my environment again.

I look forward to your support and response!
