    Hi chris E
If you're unable to select a completed assessment for Web App Migration in Azure Migrate, please follow the steps to resolve your issue:
1.Restart Services: On the server running the Azure Migrate appliance, restart the DRA Agent and the Gateway Service. After restarting the services, reboot the server and wait about 15 minutes for the changes to take effect.

2.Perform a Manual Refresh: In the Azure portal, navigate to your Azure Migrate project. Go to Appliances, select your appliance, and check the connection status of the Web App discovery agent. If connected, perform a manual refresh to pull the latest updates from the on-premises environment. Wait up to an hour for the updates to reflect in the portal.

3.Verify Assessment State: Ensure the assessment you are trying to use is fully in a "Ready" state. If the server's configuration has changed since the last discovery, the assessment may become outdated and need to be recalculated

If you are unable to select a completed assessment for web app migration in Azure Migrate, there are a few potential reasons to consider:

    1. Assessment Status: Ensure that the assessment is not marked as Outdated. If it is, you will need to recalculate the assessment by selecting the corresponding assessment and choosing Recalculate assessment to update its status.
    2. Readiness Status: Check the readiness status of the assessment. If it is marked as Not ready or Unknown, you may not be able to proceed with the migration. You should review the Migration issues and warnings pane for details on any compatibility issues that may be blocking the migration.
    3. Assessment Properties: Make sure that the assessment properties are correctly configured, including the target location and environment type. Any discrepancies here may affect your ability to select the assessment for migration.
    4. Limitations on Selection: Note that currently, you cannot select existing App Service Plans during the migration flow, which might affect your selection options.

If you have checked these factors and are still facing issues, it may be helpful to consult Azure support for further assistance.
