Additional settings-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for business

I understand you’re hoping to bring contacts from your personal Teams account into your Teams Essentials account, and I know it would be much easier if there were a direct import option. Unfortunately, Microsoft treats personal Teams and Teams Essentials (business) as two completely separate environments, and Microsoft doesn’t currently support transferring or importing contacts between them.
That means the only available option is to add your contacts manually into your Teams Essentials account. I know this may take a bit of time, and I truly appreciate your understanding, but this is currently the only supported method Microsoft provides across these two environments.
