I think that I'm paying twice (at least) for my Microsoft subscription. How can I talk with someone about this and get it resolved?

To resolve your issue with potentially being charged twice for your Microsoft subscription, it's best to contact Microsoft Support directly. Here are the steps to reach them:

    1. Visit the Microsoft Support website.
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
    3. Select the product you need help with (in your case, Microsoft 365).
    4. Click on "Get Home support" and describe your issue.
    5. Choose the option to "Contact Support" and follow the prompts to connect with a support agent via chat or request a call back.

This will allow you to discuss your billing concerns with a representative who can assist you further.
