When I use Microsoft Edge (Bing) to search Zillow, I have to prove that I am a human by push and hold my mouse. I get a checkmark but then it says try again. No matter how many times I try, it denies me access to Zillow.

    Hi K S,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.

This issue is usually related to the CAPTCHA method was implemented by Zillow. The issue should be fix by their end, or CAPTCHA provider end.

You may do further troubleshoot by following steps:

    • Does the problem occur on another browser?
    • Does the problem occur on Edge with Incognito?
    • Does the problem occur on Edge with newly created profile?
    • Are you using any kind of proxy / socks / VPN?

If you have any updates, please feel free to let me know.

    Thank you for your time.

If you are experiencing issues with the anti-bot verification on Zillow while using Microsoft Edge, there are a few steps you can try to resolve the problem:

    1. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache can help resolve issues with loading websites. You can do this by going to Edge settings and selecting "Privacy, search, and services" to find the option to clear browsing data.
    2. Disable Extensions: Certain browser extensions might interfere with website functionalities. Try disabling any extensions you have installed and see if that resolves the issue.
    3. Check Tracking Prevention Settings: Make sure that your tracking prevention settings are not set too high, as this can sometimes block necessary scripts on websites. You can adjust these settings in Edge under "Privacy, search, and services".
    4. Try Incognito Mode: Open a new InPrivate window (Ctrl + Shift + N) and try accessing Zillow again. This mode disables extensions and uses default settings, which might help bypass the verification issue.
    5. Update Edge: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Microsoft Edge. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements that can resolve issues with website access.

If none of these steps work, you may want to consider reaching out to Zillow support for further assistance.
