I had a phone number with Skype, can I get it with Microsoft Teams?

Hello, in order to have a phone number and calling features, you will need to get teams business license, at least teams essentials licenses, then add teams phone with calling plan add on license.

You cannot transfer a phone number from Skype to a Microsoft Teams Free personal account, as Teams Free does not support phone calling options. Phone numbers can only be transferred to Teams Business accounts that have an appropriate calling license. If you have a Teams Business account, you can acquire a new phone number through a service provider that offers connectivity to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and then assign it to your account.
