cant log into microsoft due to another account is logged

Bought a computer from the microsoft store off of amazon. We have had it for about 4 years now and i went to factory reset it so i can give it to someone else but the computer is looked but a email that is in the uk. its ******@hotmail.co.uk. so i cant do anything. I have the receipt from the purchase. Can someone help.
