Microsoft certification account

I have an account that I have Microsoft certifications over the years and I cannot access it. I have lost my recovery methods and require assistance.

Can someone help?

    Microsoft Learn profiles, where your certifications are stored, are self-managed and accessed through your email accounts. If you have lost access to the email account, then it is not possible to access your certifications and you need to recover access to the email account
