You can use your remaining credits via the Skype web portal, but since Skype has been retired since May last year, it only allows you to use up your remaining credits, topping up is no longer supported since.

Hello i stil got a small amount on my Skype account and i can make a call international from Venezuela to the Netherlands.
I would like to put more saldo on my account to be able to call in the future when i need to. Sometimes i need to call to my pension funds or my bank in the Netherlands while i am living in Venezuela.
How doe i make a payment to my (old) Skype saldo account from my bank account in the Netherlands? To be sure i can keep making international calls.

If you need to make international calls with Teams, it requires Teams business license and calling plan add-on license.
