YOU CAN EVEN GET A NORMAL PERSON TO SPEAK TO WITH MICROSOFT!

SINCE THEY TRANSFERRED SKYPE TO TEAMS IT IS ONLY ISSUES I'M DEALING WITH.

FIRST: YOU CAN ONLY MAKE 60 MINS CALLS A MONTH. - WHO SPEAKS FOR 60 MINUTES ON THE PHONE A MONTH???

THEN: WHEN YOU WANT TO UPGRADE THE MINUTES THEY GIVE YOU MIX MESSAGES. THEY TELL YOU TO PAY FIRST. WHEN YOU PAY. NOW YOU CAN'T EVEN MAKE CALLS OR RECIEVE CALLS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO PORT YOUR NUMBER.

CUSTOMER SERVICE TELLS YOU TO CREATE A USER CASE TO GET THIS SORTED OUT. THEN SOMEONE BY THE NAME IVAN FERNANDEZ CEBALLOS TELLS YOU HAVE TO GO BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP YOU WITH THE KYC.

WHY CAN'T THESE PEOPLE GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER???

NOT EVEN A LIVE CHAT THROUGH THEIR TEAMS PORTAL TO HELP YOU GET THIS RECTIFIED!!!

I FEEL LIKE I'M THE BALL IN A TENNIS MATCH....

MICROSOFT NEEDS TO WAKE UP!!!

IF THESE ARE THEIR REPRESENTATIVES THEY ARE GOING "NO WHERE".

Teams with a personal account does not support phone calls. The only place which you can use to make calls with your remaining credit or a calling subscription is the Skype Dial Pad site on the Web:

    https://calling.web.skype.com/

Just be sure to sign in to this site with exactly the same account as you have used with Skype.

Your 60 free minutes which you have from the Microsoft 365 subscription can still be used to make phone calls with Skype Dial Pad site on the Web, but this option will be disabled by March 2026.
