A screenshot demonstrating the time discrepancy, for example how the same meeting appears with different times in Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

Additionally, please let me know whether any other users within the same tenant are experiencing a similar issue, or if this behavior only affects your account. Also, could you please confirm whether the incorrect meeting time occurs with one specific meeting only, or if it affects all meetings in your calendar?

At the moment, I am the only user experiencing this issue within the tenant. My local time is displayed completely differently from the actual current time. Because of this mismatch, when other users try to organize a meeting with me, my calendar shows as unavailable.

This behavior is affecting all meetings rather than a single specific one.

Please let me know if you need any additional information or further testing from my side. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue and look forward to your update.

I noticed that you shared a screenshot of your Windows settings, so I would like to reconfirm whether you are also experiencing this issue on Windows as well. Additionally, you mentioned that your local time is incorrect, could you please clarify whether the local time discrepancy is on your MacBook or within Microsoft Teams?

No, on my MacBook, the local time and location are correct. Just in my outlook calender and Teams show a different timezone (UTC - 8 hours). But in the Outlook and Teams settings show correct time zone (European).

To continue troubleshooting, could you please try changing your time zone in the Outlook and Teams settings to a different one, then switch it back to your original time zone and check whether the issue still occurs?

This will help me determine whether the problem is related to time zone settings. Please let me know the result after testing.

Thank you for your response. I did change the time zone and again changed it back to the correct one. Still, it shows different then the correct one. Please check the attached for reference.

In this case, the best way to further troubleshoot it is to report it to the related team. I sincerely recommend you try to create a support ticket from Microsoft 365 Admin Center>Support>New Service Request. You can raise support ticket from: https://admin.microsoft.com/#/support/requests

The support team over there has higher permission than us to investigate the issue from background, they have more resource and correct escalation channel in handling this kind of issues. This would be a more efficient way in handling the case for you.
