I attended Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Virtual Training Day on January 11th and 12th, 2026 and received the completion email confirming eligibility for a 50% AZ-900 exam discount.

When scheduling the exam through Pearson VUE using the same Microsoft Learn account, the full $99 price appears and there is no voucher or promo field available.

Could someone verify my event discount eligibility and advise how to attach the 50% discount to my account?

Every time I try to ask for help, I end up in the Microsoft Business Support Center, where I can't submit any questions. I used the correct email address to login (same as I used for the virtual training day). The voucher isn't in my email, it doesn't popup when I login to the portal, and when I try to schedule the exam I'm asked to pay the full $99.;

I have confirmed that I am signed in using the exact same Microsoft account used to register for and attend the January 11–12, 2026 Azure Fundamentals Virtual Training Day.

My Microsoft Certification profile details are correct and up to date.

When proceeding through the Pearson VUE scheduling flow, the full $99 price appears and there is no discount applied and no voucher/promo field available.

Since the discount is not appearing automatically, could you please verify my event attendance on your backend and manually attach the 50% exam discount to my certification profile?
