Create a settings option to select default paste behavior to "Paste as plain text" vs normal "paste".

Every time you paste it creates a horizontal scroll bar and hundreds of people have to each scroll to view my log message.

Every time I have to R-click and paste instead of just paste. Changing the default paste behavior would be process improvement instead of changing the behavior at every instance of paste.

Recommendation, not a question.

Thanks!

Currently, Microsoft Teams does not have a built-in setting to change the default paste behavior to always paste as plain text. Users typically have to use the right-click context menu or keyboard shortcuts to paste in the desired format. However, you can suggest this feature to Microsoft through their feedback channels, as user recommendations can influence future updates and enhancements to the product.

For now, users can manually paste as plain text by using keyboard shortcuts or by adjusting their paste settings in other applications where this is supported, like Word for Mac, which allows customization of paste behaviors.
