i tried to log into my school microsoft account but it said that it wants access to my device or organzation does this do anything?

    Do you see the option for sign in this app only?

    If you click on yes, this action enrolled your device in your organization's Intune management. This doesn't mean they can spy on or access your data, but it does allow them to enforce group policies to enhance your device's security.
