Hello Amornchai Chaichana , I am Henry and I want to share my insight about your issue.
For most users, the BitLocker recovery key is automatically saved to their Microsoft account when the feature is first enabled.
- On another device (like a phone or another computer), open a web browser and go to: https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey.
- Sign in with the same Microsoft account that you use on the locked computer.
- Once logged in, you should see a list of your devices. Match the Key ID shown on your computer's blue BitLocker screen with the one on the website to identify the correct recovery key.
-
If you can log into Windows on the affected computer using another administrator account, you can retrieve the key using the Command Prompt.
- Press the Windows key + X and select Command Prompt (Admin) or Windows PowerShell (Admin).
- Type the following command and press Enter (replace "C:" with the letter of the encrypted drive): manage-bde -protectors -get C:
- The command will display information about the drive's protectors. Your 48-digit recovery key will be listed next to "Numerical Password".
I hope you’ll give my recommendation a try and let me know how it goes and if this answer helps, feel free to hit “Accept Answer” so others can benefit too.
