    Hi,

To help you better, could you let me know you're using classic outlook or new outlook? Once I have that info, I’ll be happy to share some steps that might help resolve the issue.

for the mean time if your using classic outlook

Try adding back the Outlook Address Book. Go to File, Account Settings, Account Settings, then open the Address Books tab. If Outlook Address Book is not there, click New, choose Additional Address Books, pick Outlook Address Book, then finish and restart Outlook

Check your Contacts folder. Right click it, open Properties, then Outlook Address Book tab. Turn on Show this folder as an email address book. You can name it anything.

Make sure each contact has an email address. If a contact does not have one, Outlook will not show it in the address book.

Restart Outlook after doing all steps so it refreshes the address book.

Feel free to reply anytime I'm here to help!
