Just purchased new computer. Had issues getting Teams app on desktop to work. Keep getting error during set up. Discovered that my Teams credentials (using my personal email) show account as "Deactivated" - have not had any luck getting through to MS to have is "reset" as suggested by ChatGPT process / steps. FWIW: Recently retired - account may still be linked / open at work... Suggestions on how to fix? Need live person / chat who can simply reactivate to allow this credential to work with Teams.
