Phone calls are only available when using the Skype Dial Pad site on the Web. The Skype Dial Pad button in Teams just redirects to the Skype Dial Pad site on the Web.Open again the Skype Dial Pad site. Press on your name shown in the upper left corner. This will open the Settings page, Select there the "Audio & Video" option. In the Microphone settings option select the currently used microphone device. Be aware that the "Default" option might not be appropriate for your case.

If Microsoft Teams is indicating that no microphone is defined despite all settings appearing correct, you can follow these troubleshooting steps:

    1. Verify Microphone Connection: Ensure that the microphone is properly connected to your device and recognized by the operating system. You can check this in the audio settings.
    2. Check Permissions: Make sure that Microsoft Teams has the necessary permissions to access the microphone. This can typically be found in your operating system's privacy settings.
    3. Inspect Device Manager: Open Device Manager to see if the microphone is functioning properly. Look for any indicators of issues next to the microphone device.
    4. Restart Microsoft Teams: Sometimes, restarting the Teams application can resolve detection issues with audio devices.
    5. Update Software: Ensure that both Microsoft Teams and your operating system are updated to the latest versions, as updates can fix bugs related to device recognition.
    6. Adjust Audio Settings in Teams: Navigate to Settings > Devices in Teams and confirm that the correct microphone is selected from the available options.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider checking for any known problems with the version of Teams you are using or the integration with Skype.
