Hi, I have the following error when trying to run any CM report.

Since this is a production environment, I do not want to set this to 0.

This should be related to service account used for reporting missing something, but I need detailed instructions please since I tried many things but in vain.

    Hi Bojan Zivkovic,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum!

Try to verify these three things:

    1. Correct SSRS service account
    2. Correct SQL permissions for that account
    3. Correct SCCM database role membership

If smsdbrole_reportserver is missing → reports will fail

After permissions are fixed, restart services:
Restart SQL Server Reporting Services , Restart SQL Server Agent.

Then open any built‑in CM report and run it without modifying parameters.
The report should load without UserTokenSIDs error. If it works — RBAC is now functioning correctly.

    Hope this helps!
    Regards,
    Shruti
