How to get my phone number unlocked from partner message on the 1-800 support center?

I called in and said I needed "Ticket Support" and it mis-heard me thinking I said "Partner Support" it now tells me I need to go to the partner website every time I call and promptly hangs up on me. My number seems to have been blacklisted and I can no longer call the 1-800 numbers without it disconnecting me.

    Since your number is flagged, calling any of those numbers will continue to fail. You should try to fix this by requesting help online using the steps below:

    Go to: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select your product (Windows, Microsoft 365, ...) > Choose the chat or email option

    Then explain your case so the agent can assist you immediately and remove the block
