   • Navigate to the Admin Center and find the API settings.
   • Generate a new API token. Make sure to keep this token secure as it will be used for authentication.
2. Configure the SSIS Package:
   • In your SSIS package, you will need to set up a connection manager for the Zendesk API.
   • Choose to use the token authentication method.
   • When configuring the connection, you will specify the API token as follows:
     • Set the authenticationType property to token.
     • Use the generated API token in the apiToken property. Ensure that this property is marked as SecureString to store it securely.
3. Example JSON Configuration: Here’s an example of how your connection configuration might look in JSON format:
