    Hi @Matt Taylor

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thanks for reaching out to us and I’d be happy to help you troubleshoot the calendar sync issue.

To better assist you, could you please share a bit more information:

Is your calendar in Outlook/Exchange Online, or another service like Gmail or iCloud?

    • Do you see any error message when trying to sync? If yes, please share the exact message.
    • If possible, could you provide a screenshot of what you see when you try to access the calendar in Teams?
    • Are you using Teams desktop app, web app, or mobile app?
    • Have there been any recent changes to your account or settings (e.g., password reset, license update)?

Once I have these details, I can guide you through the next steps to resolve this quickly.

In the meaning time, you can try these steps to migrate this:

Step 1: Sign out and click Refresh in Teams or fully quit and restart the app (desktop & mobile).

Step 2: If the Calendar tab is missing, ask your IT admin to:

    • Ensure Teams’ App setup policy includes the Calendar in the Global default.
    • Enable Exchange Web Services for your mailbox.
    • Confirm your mailbox is hosted in Exchange (Online or hybrid) with a valid license.

Step 3: Confirm your Outlook calendar is visible and up to date, Teams mirrors that data.

Step 4: Clear cache and restart

    Step 5: Verify calendar integration

    • In Teams, go to Settings > General and check if the calendar option is enabled.
    • If you don’t see the calendar tab at all, your organization might have disabled it or you’re using a plan without Exchange Online.

    Step 6: Confirm licensing

    • The calendar feature requires Microsoft 365 with Exchange Online. If your email is hosted elsewhere (e.g., GoDaddy or on-prem Exchange), syncing may not work.
    • You can check your license in My account or ask your IT admin.

Note: Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

I'm looking forward for your reply.

To sync Microsoft Teams with your calendar, you need to ensure that you have the correct setup and permissions. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Check Requirements: Ensure you are a Global Admin with a Teams license and that all users you want to sync have Teams licenses assigned.
    2. Install Required Application: You need to install the Microsoft 365 Mail Migration and Calendar Sync application from the Google Workspace Marketplace. This application allows Microsoft to access your Google user directory and manage calendars.
    3. Setup Calendar Sync: After installing the application, go to the Teams Admin app and select the option to set up calendar synchronization. Follow the prompts to sign in to your Google Workspace admin account and authorize access.
    4. User Matching: During the setup, you will see tables showing matched and unmatched user accounts. Ensure that all users you want to sync are correctly matched to avoid any access issues.
    5. Permissions: Make sure that the application has the necessary permissions granted in your Google Admin console.

If the syncing option is still not available after following these steps, it may be due to the current pause on new customer onboarding for calendar syncing. Existing customers with sync already set up can continue using the feature without interruption.

If you continue to experience issues, consider waiting for a while as it may take time for changes to take effect, or contact support for further assistance.
