On my HP Desktop Elite running Windows 11 Pro 25H2, and patch up through 2025-10, After upgrade to version 25H2, I have NOT been getting any Cumulative Windows updates since. At the present, both 2025-11 and 2025-12 are not installed, nor does Windows Update select them for installation. This machine as Intel i7-14700T (1.30 GHz), 64GB RAM, 2TB Storage on NVRAM, No errors from DISM nor SFC/SCANNOW. Attempts to download and run the update manually results in a 0x800700C1 error. What should I do next?

Did you try the Windows Update Catalog to see if you are missing any updates?
https://catalog.update.microsoft.com Make sure you add the version (25H2 in your situation). Also note whether it is an LTSC.
AI tools suggestions have already been followed. If there is an included driver update with known issues for my machine, I REALLY wish the Windows Update tools would tell me. Knowing what to do next (including a possible, "it's not ready for your machine"). Is urgently requested.
