During the last Windows security update, some computers did not update to Windows 11 64-bit (Release 25H2, Build 26200.7462); however, others updated successfully and are working properly, but for this (Release 23H2 Build 22631.6199) the Microsoft Defender still detected

how to fix this issue

Thank you for reaching out.
Update or replace any problematic drivers before reattempting the Windows 11 25H2 upgrade or use Microsoft’s Windows 11 Installation Assistant to manually perform the update once blocks are cleared. In parallel, ensure Microsoft Defender is fully updated on 23H2 machines including installing the latest threat definitions and running a full or offline scan to eliminate false positives or persistent detections

I hope you are doing well.

However, after testing a couple of devices, they still haven’t been updated and we are seeing an error. We have around 20 devices with the same problem.
