Possible bug? re:Kanban Boards inserted into One Note

Hello. When inserting the Loop component Kanban board into a OneNote notebook in browser, the Target Date field in the task card does not work. The same field works when just sing MS Loops itself. So when creating a card, I can add a task title, assignee, but there is no action when trying to set a target date: no ability to type, no calendar pop up to select a date. Should I just chalk it up to a bug? On our network, Loop is still in preview. Could that be the problem as well? Thanks!

    Hi @Web, Raphael

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for sharing the details. I have tested the same scenario on my side and experienced the same result: when a Kanban board Loop component is inserted into OneNote (browser), the Target Date field on the task card doesn’t respond, there’s no calendar pop-up and no option to type a date. User's image

It seems you are experiencing an issue with the Target Date field in the Kanban board Loop component when inserted into OneNote. Since the functionality works correctly in Microsoft Loop itself but not in OneNote, it could potentially indicate a bug or a limitation of the integration between Loop components and OneNote, especially since Loop is still in preview on your network.

Preview features can sometimes have incomplete functionality or bugs as they are still being tested. It might be worth reporting this issue to Microsoft support for further investigation, as they can provide more insight into whether this is a known issue or if it can be resolved in future updates.
